I’m pleased to announce Face to Face Sessions can now resume in line with Covid-19 Guidlines. Sessions can also continue via Zoom or telephone.

All of us are worried about coronavirus (COVID-19) and how it will affect us and those we love.

Throughout the pandemic I met with clients on line or on the phone, which can continue at your request. This has been of great benefit in continuing to offer counselling to my clients and offer help and support to front-liners. For those bereaved, or individuals and families going through other life crisis right now, whether it is mentally, physically or spiritually, being at home or isolated can mean too much time to think or even feel, without the usual ways to have a break or distraction. HSE Counselling In Primary Care (CIPC)

National Service for people with mild to moderate psychological difficulties. It is a short-term counselling service that provides up to 8 counselling sessions.
